physical damage and theft insurance at full
replacement value.

Customer is responsible for all
permits and taxes.

Customer performs daily maintenance
including supplying fuel, oil, grease, water, and all
wear items. Schedule maintenance if renting two months
or longer.

Customer is liable for all damage to
rental units including tire damage and/or unusual wear
and tear.

Customer will refuel units or be
billed a fuel charge.

Customer returns all units in clean
condition, or be billed a cleaning charge.

Rates quoted will be for minimum
8-hour day, 40-hour week and 176-hour month.
Additional hours accumulated will be billed
accordingly. All units subject to availability. Rates
do not include sales tax or insurance coverage or
freight. |
