TERRA-HYDROCRACK MINI

Hydraulic cracking system to renew gas pipes, water pipes or sewer lines. It cracks or cuts PE pipes, steel pipes, cast iron pipes or even ductile cast iron pipes from Æ 50 mm up to 300 mm . New HDPE pipes up to OD 355 mm may be pulled in.
The two stage hydraulic power unit allows fast operation and high power cracking. Each hydraulic power unit with the recommended specifications can be connected.
One man operation possible.
The rods follow easily the old pipe.
The TERRA-HYDROCRACK supports itself at the old pipe to avoid any movement of the old pipe or the machine.

After the PE pipe is pulled in, the main cylinder is pushed in its rear position and the locking plate for the old pipe is disassembled. Now the bursting rod, the expander cone and the PE pipe can be pulled into the starting pit easily with the main cylinder.
